No modesty here, tonight’s dinner was awesome. Sauteed arugula with tomatoes, garlic and onion with wild rice and sea scallops, with a dash of lemon.
Pan-fried pork chop with salt, pepper, thyme rub and potato, garlic, green onion and basil mash with olive oil and Parmesan cheese, of course.
Pulled pork, Mac and cheese and green beans at Bootleg Bar-B-Q in Louisville, Kentucky. Sandwich was great; sides a bit blah but You can’t beat the price (less than $7)
